2013 Illanta Wines Zinfandel
Howell Mountain, Napa County

Our 2013 Zinfandel is a beautiful example of the delicious mountain fruit from the Beatty Ranch Vineyard. Ruby red in color and complemented by a deliciously aromatic nose, the wine’s bright red mountain berry flavors are balanced with subtle tannins and a light oak finish from aging in a combination of new and used French oak barrels. This very approachable Zinfandel requires little to no aging, however it will mature nicely for several years, gaining complexity.

2014 Illanta Wines Chardonnay
Sta. Rita Hills, Santa Barbara Valley

Coming June 2016

Sourced from Courtney’s Vineyard in the cool hills of Santa Barbara, our 2014 Chardonnay is bright and crisp. After harvest, grapes were whole-cluster pressed into tank then barreled down into neutral French oak barrels that were kept cold to ensure slow fermentation and preserve flavors. Golden yellow in color, our Chardonnay has vibrant flavors of apple, pineapple and mango with soft aromas of vanilla and caramel. This well-structured wine is full bodied with an energetic fresh finish.

2014 Illanta Wines Zinfandel
Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County

Coming Fall 2016

Our 2014 Zinfandel was harvested from the Grist Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma. Grapes were cold soaked, fermented, and barreled down in a mix of new and used French oak barrels. Our dark garnet Zinfandel is a polished blend of blackberry and black cherry flavors with nuances of vanilla and dark chocolate. It’s silky in texture while full bodied and persistent in flavor.
